About Us

New to Brick Owl as a seller, but I've been a customer for over a year buying parts for me and my son to play with. 

Now I'm selling a few of our unused and excess parts, some brand new and some elements that have previously been loved and enjoyed.

I aim to be 100% honest and upfront about the condition of my elements. If there's any doubt, I'll always err on the side of caution. For example I've listed some parts as "used - like new" even though they've never been used, just in case there are any little marks from storage.

As I'm new to selling, I'm not immune from mistakes. If I get something wrong, let me know and I'll sort it out asap. 

I hope to grow the store over the next few months, and look forward to your custom.
